Where and How Our Terms Apply

f88d operates under the legal framework of its licensing jurisdiction and extends account access to you in supported regions where local law permits. Your account, the funds held within it, and all transactions processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast are subject to these terms from the moment your registration is confirmed. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that

breach these conditions, including accounts where we cannot verify identity documents within the window we specify at onboarding. Disputes are handled through the process outlined in our complaints section, and escalation paths are available if an internal review does not satisfy your concern. These terms are written in English; where a translated version conflicts with the English text, the English version controls.

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

These terms apply to every person who opens an account with f88d in a supported region, including all Pakistani account holders who access the platform where local law permits. They take effect at the moment of registration.
